At Beige and Cream Studio, we take pride in the quality of our products and the care we put into every order. Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

🛍️ Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please reach out to us through our Contact page within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

Once your claim is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back. Items sent back without first submitting a request through the Contact page will not be accepted.

⚠️ Non‑Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Sale items or gift cards

• Personal care products (beauty, skincare, wellness)

• Custom or personalized orders
